Deliveries are usually via DPD or Royal Mail depending on location etc. Other couriers are available by request. 

There are options at checkout for 1st class (Or Next Day) delivery. If your delivery is urgent then please contact us to make sure that this is possible. Next day delivery is usually required by 12.00 to catch the courier who collects daily  

We due process orders as soon as possible. However most couriers do not pick up or deliver on a weekend or Bank Holiday (Except with an extra charge)

Please note that couriers will try to deliver your parcel up to 3 times before returning your parcel. If your parcel is returned to us due to the courier not being able to deliver or the parcel being refused, the courier will make a handling charge and a return charge. Theis can vary but appropriate £20. This charge will be passed on to the customer. It is your responsibility to look out for the information supplied to you from the courier via the email and/or text number that you supply on your order. If they contact you please do not ignore it. If you are unsure please contact us asap to avoid unnecessary charges. This is standard practice for couriers and not something we have control over.
