Delivery is usually via Courier and always tracked.

Unfortunately to keep prices as low as possible we do have to charge for postage although we do usually subsidise a certain amount of it  

Please always provide contact details for the courier so they can find you if necessary. You are also welcome to add extra delivery details such as where to leave in a safe place. This can be an out building or a neighbour for example. 

Please note that couriers will only make 2 or 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you are not available of have not left details of a safe place they courier will return your parcel and make a charge for doing so. Also they will charge to re deliver. Please make sure you add your contact details and check your tracking details that you should receive via email or text. 

If you require NEXT DAY DELIVERY orders will be required by 10.00 AM to ensure next day service is provided. Sometimes this can be later but message or call me to make sure as collection times can vary. 

Regular service and First class options are available at checkout. 

Please note Couriers do not collect over a weekend or on Bank Holidays. Service can be arranged at these times but the courier will charge extra for this service  

Remote areas and non standard post codes at standard price are available on a standard service but couriers generally charge a lot extra to deliver next day to these locations. Ie IOW IOM NI Scottish highlands & Islands. Message me if you require  this service to these areas. I will usually send on a 2 day or 2nd Class service to these locations  

Postage to CHANNEL ISLANDS available. 

Postage abroad available. Ask for details. 

Delivery before 12.00 or 10.00 available but again at extra cost. Please ask for details. 

Every effort is made to send your parcel out asap. Sometimes couriers can experience delays which are out of our control. 

For delivery charges put your items in your basket and select correct address and service details. You can do this without actually checking out.
