Q How much is postage?

A  If you put your item/s in your basket this will tell you the cost. Prices are calculated on weight and size of the parcel. Usually no more than £6.99 for multiple items. This will not commit you  buy the item/s until you confirm you are ready to do so.

Q I need my item urgently. Can you send next day?

A Yes but please request this as this will depend on the time and day you order. Weekends and Holidays can be a problem or be very expensive.

Q  Why don't you do free postage?

A  We are committed to keeping prices as low and affordable as possible but somebody has to pay the postage. We do however subsidise a lot of the postage where we can. If we did free postage the price of the items would have to rise. This way people who are willing and able to collect can save the postage but will still have to pay their transport costs. We have found most people when they add up the costs are still better off.

Q  Is postage charged per item?

A  No.  - Why not order with a friend to save on postage?

Q Can you post to my yard as my horse is on livery?

A  Yes as long as it has a postal address and a contact name. Your item will be sent tracked so there will be a record of it arriving.

Q. Can I collect my item?

A  Yes by prior arrangement.

Q Are all rugs on the website in stock?

A  Usually yes. However at busy times the website may take a little time to catch up as we have an eBay shop and a facebook page. These all have to be updated manually. Sometimes Items that run out of stock and are on order may be subject to short delays of a couple of days. Any more than this you will be informed. We turnover a lot of rugs

Q If a rug is not on the website can you get it for me?

A. Yes as long as it is still available. Always worth asking.

A  Yes  -  If you don’t get an answer straight away leave a message I will get back to you.
